User data deletion request

You may request deletion of the personal data processed by DanIA by writing to informatica@albirconfort.com from the address or phone number associated with the request and using “Data deletion” as the subject.

To locate the request without asking for unnecessary data, include the WhatsApp number or email used. We will verify the request, confirm the result and retain only data required by law or to evidence how the request was handled.

A deletion request also stops new WhatsApp communications unless a new verifiable authorization exists.
