DanIA processes contact details, real-estate enquiries, property references and WhatsApp communications to answer enquiries, manage requests and coordinate appointments. WhatsApp contact starts only when the source records the corresponding authorization.

Access and providers

Access is limited to authorized staff of Albir Confort SL. Necessary technology providers may process data, including Inmovilla CRM and OVHcloud hosting infrastructure in France, under applicable safeguards.

Retention and rights

Data is kept only as long as necessary for the request, legal obligations and incident resolution. You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability, or withdraw WhatsApp authorization by contacting informatica@albirconfort.com.
